All of our shipping has a tracking number and we will email this detail to you once the item is sent. We endeavour to have orders sent within 24 hours during the working week, orders placed over the weekend will be sent on Monday.
Express Post is available at a cost of $10.00 for all orders within Australia under $150!
FREE EXPRESS SHIPPING is automatically applied to all orders over $150 at checkout. This is available Australia wide!
International Shipping Terms and Conditions for Castella Boutique
Castella Boutique now offers International Shipping to New Zealand.
We offer Australia Post International Standard to New Zealand at a flat rate of $18.00 AUD. Expect delivery between 6-10 business days between major metro areas. Orders are dispatched from Metro Brisbane QLD Australia.

Shipping: Dispatch will be made within 48 hours of purchase confirmation (orders placed Monday to Friday) Orders placed over the weekend will be dispatched as soon as possible. Australia Post is used for all international shipping.
Tracking: All dispatches have a tracking number which is emailed to the customers supplied email.
Pricing: All pricing is displayed as AUD (Australian Dollars).
Returns: We are unable accept returns for international orders. Please check all measurements carefully before selecting your garment.
Customs and Taxes: Customs Duties and Taxes are not included in the cost of the order or shipping charge. It is the customers responsibility to cover any additional cost associated with overseas purchases within the country of delivery. Contact your local customs office for more information.
Authority to Leave: For international orders, authority to leave must be requested at time of purchase in the comments section. Parcels that are unable to be delivered are returned to Castella Boutique. Re-despatch of goods will be at the customer’s expense. It is very important that all delivery addresses are correct, and Castella Boutique has been given a correct email and phone number to ensure the courier company can make contact if required.
